2. Services

Clove Internet provides web hosting, domain registration, email services, and related internet services. Services are provided on an "as is" basis and are subject to availability.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice. Services may be suspended for non-payment. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include spamming, hosting malware, and copyright infringement.

6. Service Level

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clove Internet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
