Switching to Bank Transfer

To use Bank Transfer as your payment method:

  1. Sign up with a credit card - Your card payment covers your first month of service
  2. Email our support team - Request to switch your payment method to Bank Transfer
  3. We'll update your account - From your second month onwards, invoices will show our bank details for EFT payment

Please note: The initial credit card payment is not refunded - it pays for your first month of service. Bank transfer payments typically take 1-2 business days to clear. Please ensure you pay invoices before the due date to avoid service interruption.
